Based at our state-of-the-art sturgeon farm in the Netherlands, ANNA Dutch B.V. has devoted itself to one singular pursuit — producing exceptional black caviar of the highest integrity. We are among the very few producers in the world that craft caviar with absolutely no additives, no preservatives, and no shortcuts.
Our farm operates in harmony with nature, allowing our Beluga, Ossetra, and Sevruga sturgeons to thrive in pristine, controlled waters drawn from deep Dutch aquifers. The result is a caviar of unmatched freshness and purity — the genuine taste of the wild, delivered to your table.
Our Roots
Located in the Netherlands, our sturgeon farm operates in a pristine, carefully controlled aquatic environment. Every detail — from water temperature to feeding schedules — is optimised for one purpose: exceptional quality in every tin of caviar.
Our sturgeons are raised in pristine, deep aquifer water — naturally filtered and mineral-rich, completely free from pollutants.
We produce caviar using only salt — no preservatives, no stabilisers, no borax. Just roe and salt, as nature intended.
Our closed-loop systems eliminate environmental waste, protecting wild sturgeon populations while providing a consistent supply.
Certified to the highest EU food safety regulations and independently audited for quality at every stage of production.

Acipenser gueldenstaedtii
The Osetra sturgeon is in some ways the most interesting of the sturgeon, as it has the widest variety of eggs in terms of size, colour and taste. It has a distinct, almost nutty taste.
Acipenser Baerii
Siberian sturgeon is the simplest of the sturgeon and a cheaper alternative of sturgeon caviar.

In an industry where preservatives and stabilisers are the norm, ANNA Dutch stands apart. We are one of the very few caviar producers in the world to commit, entirely, to a zero-additive process. What you taste is pure — nothing added, nothing concealed.
We use no chemical preservatives of any kind. Our caviar is preserved solely through the traditional malossol method — a delicate balance of salt and cold.
Unlike many producers, ANNA Dutch never uses borax (E285) or any other stabilising agent. The texture and pearl integrity are entirely natural.
Every jar and tin carries a batch code traceable directly to our farm, the individual sturgeon, and the harvest date — complete transparency from water to table.
Our facilities are certified to the highest European food safety standards, independently audited and CITES compliant for full legal assurance.
