Nedervis Foodstuff Trading LLC provides chilled delivery support for ANNA Dutch B.V. products in serviceable areas of the UAE. Delivery availability, timing, and fees depend on stock, address, payment status, order size, public holidays, traffic, and the delivery schedule confirmed by our team.

For eligible confirmed orders, we aim to deliver within 12 hours of order confirmation. This target is provided as a service standard and may vary where an address is outside our normal route, the order is placed late in the day, the item requires special preparation, or circumstances outside our control affect delivery.

Because caviar is highly temperature-sensitive, each delivery is handled with care. Orders are delivered in a thermal bag with ice packs, designed to keep the product at the correct chilled temperature for several hours during normal delivery conditions.

The thermal bag and ice packs help protect the cold chain during transit, but they are not a substitute for refrigeration. The customer or recipient must place the product in a refrigerator immediately after delivery and keep it refrigerated until serving.

Please provide complete and accurate delivery details, including recipient name, phone or WhatsApp number, building, unit or villa number, area, emirate, and any access instructions. We may contact you before or during delivery to confirm location or handover details.

Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed time. If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery, the order may be delayed, returned to us, or rescheduled. Additional delivery fees may apply, and product quality may be affected by failed handover.

At delivery, please inspect the outer bag, packaging, seal, jar, and temperature condition before accepting the order where possible. If there is visible damage, leakage, incorrect product, or a temperature concern, notify the delivery representative immediately and contact us with photos as soon as possible.

Once the product is handed over, responsibility for proper storage passes to the customer or recipient. We cannot accept responsibility for quality issues caused by delayed refrigeration, leaving the product at room temperature, opening the jar, improper handling, or storing it outside recommended conditions.

For gifts, hospitality orders, events, or deliveries with strict timing, please arrange the order in advance. We will do our best to meet requested delivery windows, but exact timing may be affected by route planning, building access, parking, security procedures, weather, traffic, and other operational factors.

If a delivery delay or issue occurs, we will contact you where possible and work toward a reasonable solution, which may include rescheduling, replacement, credit, or another arrangement depending on the facts and product condition.

Caviar is a chilled perishable food product, so returns are handled carefully to protect food safety, quality, and the cold chain. This Return Policy applies to ANNA Dutch B.V. products sold in the UAE by Nedervis Foodstuff Trading LLC.

We accept return requests for products that are unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and kept under proper refrigerated conditions, subject to inspection and approval by our team. The product, seal, jar, and packaging must not be altered, tampered with, or mishandled.

We also accept return, replacement, or refund review requests where something is wrong with the product or order, including damaged packaging, leakage, an incorrect item, a missing item, a clear quality concern, or another issue that existed at the time of delivery.

If you notice any issue, contact us as soon as possible, ideally immediately at handover and no later than 24 hours after delivery. For temperature, quality, leakage, or damage concerns, please provide your order details, delivery time, photos or videos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

Do not open, consume, discard, freeze, or transfer the product if you intend to request a return or quality review, unless our team instructs you otherwise. We may need to inspect the product and packaging to understand what happened.

Returns are normally not accepted where the product has been opened, partially consumed, stored incorrectly, left unrefrigerated, damaged after delivery, reported late, or where the concern relates only to natural variation in roe size, colour, texture, or flavour profile.

For approved cases, we may offer a replacement, refund, credit, partial refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the product condition, issue reported, evidence provided, timing, availability, and applicable UAE consumer protection requirements.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Bank, card, or payment-provider processing times are outside our control. Delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, an incorrect item, or a confirmed product issue.

For change-of-mind requests, acceptance is limited because of the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of caviar. Any change-of-mind return must be approved before collection and will only be considered if the product is unopened, undamaged, in original condition, and continuously refrigerated.

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable UAE law where goods are defective, not as described, unsafe, or otherwise fail to meet required standards.
